Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Deposits

A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your total service cost.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled at the artist's discretion, with forfeiture of deposit.

Health & Safety

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are in good health and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs that may thin your blood.
